Galaxy Activations Autumn 2023
Galaxy have commenced their annual autumn Activation sessions on Monday nights 6.00pm to 8.00pm at Ngahue reserve in St Johns Auckland. The sessions cover all the individual and team skills involved in touch as well as concepts and live games. With 45 participants registered the sessions split away at times to cater for the various competency levels. The youngest member is 10 and the eldest is 63 years old. Players will learn the rules, get understanding around team dynamics and learn the value of repetition of skill work.
